We must remember all our hairs don’t usually grow at the same time, there are 3 phases of the hair growth cycle. (who knew, right? hehe).

With Strip It, hair regrowth is thin and soft.

Yung tutubong hair is thinner or mas manipis because its a new hair na. Imagine a grass , when you cut it maggrow lang yung bottom part so wider ang tutubong part. But when you remove it from the root , the new grass that will grow is a small or baby grass.

Shaving blunt cuts a hair leaving stubble, while Strip It pulls the hair out by the root. When the new hair grows it is very fine at the tip, so even with hair growth, it is soft.
And gradually if you’ve been using Strip It long enough it won’t be as painful as the first time. The hairs are fewer and thinner since hair follicles become weak and sometimes die.

It needs to be ¼- ½ inch long, at least 1 week or ideally 2-4 weeks of out growth after your last shave.

As much as possible refrain from applying anything on the skin right after waxing since your pores are open and prone to clogging or trapping bacteria. Do not wash your skin with water but you may wipe with a damp cloth. You don’t need to apply moisturizer because Strip It has its moisturizers already *especially our Chocolate variant.

Only non-comedogenic products are recommended like Emu oil and Aloe Vera gel, both are easily absorbed by the skin and hastens skin healing. Pls wait 6-8 hrs before bathing or putting on products like deodorants, lotions, make up etc.

Refrain from wearing tight clothes and strenuous activities to prevent sweating.

Pregnant users reported that their OB’s said it was okay to use Strip It since it is all natural (it doesn’t contain harmful chemicals). A lot of them continued using Strip it and there were no reports of negative side effects *even for breastfeeding moms. But others said they were advised to refrain waxing the underarms while pregnant since it’s near the mammary glad. An ingrown hair is a red bump on the skin. They usually appear when you shave…What happens is the hair breaks off below the skin. It begins to grow at an angle into the side of the hair follicle. This can also mean that when you sugared/waxed, you lifted the strip up from the skin and not parallel to it (note: Always strip off the cloth at the opposite direction of the hair growth, sharply and quickly).
Ingrown hairs are more common among people with very curly hair or dehydrated skin.

1. Identify the ingrown hair. Not all bumps on the skin are caused by ingrown hairs. Ingrown hairs, often called razor bumps. They typically look and feel like a small pimple. You may also be able to see the hair just below the skin.
2. Exfoliate (gently) your skin before sugaring, as well as on a daily basis.
   This process gets rid of dry skin cells and prevents hairs from growing back into the skin. You can use body scrub to exfoliate your skin.
3. Thoroughly wet a clean washcloth with very warm water and press it on the area. Use a sterile needle or tweezers to gently tease the hair out of the skin. The warm compress should have brought the hair to the surface–don’t dig for the hair if you can’t easily get at it. Don’t pluck the hair out completely if you can avoid doing so; just make sure that the ingrown end is out of the skin.
   It may take a little time to coax the hair out.
